In order to comply with new legislation [EC Distance Selling Directive] we are required to offer you a user friendly version of our terms and conditions, which we hope are as concise and easy to follow as possible.

By using this website you acknowledge that the copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to this website and in the data it contains belong to CPS Tackle. 

CPS Tackle reserves the right to make alterations to or withdraw the website or any part of it at any time.


Making a purchase with CPS Tackle could not be easier. Simply browse our website adding the items you wish to the shopping cart as you go. Upon completion of you order, you will proceed to our safe checkout which is powered by Paypal to ensure a safe transaction of funds.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via secure PayPal payment (no PayPal account is needed).

CPS Tackle runs a live system so if it says its in stock it should be BUT Although rare, sometimes items shown on our site could be unavailable. In this event it is our policy to contact you to agree on the best course of action to satisfy your order. This may be via suggestion of an alternative item or an expected time span for the item to be available to re-order. If no acceptable alternative can be agreed then payment will be refunded in full.

CPS Tackle reserves the right to refuse to accept your order in the following eventualities;

  1. Where goods are not available - We aim to update our website daily but it is possible that in any one day we may receive more orders for a particular item than we have stock. In these rare circumstances orders will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis.
  2. Where there has been a pricing or product description error.

Cancelling your Order

In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from CPS Tackle at any stage of the order process for a full refund. You must inform CPS Tackle via email or telephone prior to dispatch. For orders that are awaiting despatch, it may be possible to cancel your order before it is posted to you. If, however, your order has already shipped, you will need to return your purchase to us, following our returns procedure.


We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Refunds can not be given until we have the goods back at our returns address. Postage refunds will not be issued in such circumstances, also if you wish to exchange an item we will need to charge for the delivery back to yourself.

If we have made an error with your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible and cover the cost of any postage. 

Please call us before returning any goods. 

Please also remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage or missing products within 24 hours.

If an item has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as we can. If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us along with a short note consisting of your name, address, a contact telephone number and an explanation outlining the circumstances of the damage.

Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer's representative before any replacements can be issued.

The goods in question need to be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer. 

Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage within 24 hours, we will then take the appropriate action. If there are any damages to the packaging when you take delivery for yours items you will need to make sure you inform the driver to put this down as damaged so we can submit a claim, if you do not do this we cannot claim correctly and therefore cannot send new product or refund straight away.

If an item develops a fault during normal use and is within its warranty period, please return it with a note outlining the issue that has occurred, plus your name, address and a contact telephone number or E-mail address. Generally items must be inspected by a manufacturer’s representative before any replacement can be issued.
If there is found to be a manufacturing fault any postage costs incurred by the customer will also be refunded.



All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of 20% VAT.


Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
